On July 2, 2020, Giuliano will speak in the webinar titled, “U.S. Subsidiary:  Legal and Tax Issues,” discussing the legal issues that arise when doing business in the United States. This session is the second of a three-series webinar which will discuss the approach to be taken by foreign corporations and entrepreneurs entering the U.S. market, the legal aspects related to the opening of a subsidiary in the United States, and the tax issues to be considered in the set-up and management of a U.S. subsidiary.
