Construction chair David Pfeffer will once again speak at the Anchin Construction and Development Forum. This year’s event will held on February 6 in New York City, and David will speak on the afternoon panel, "Boomtown USA: The 200 Million Square Foot Pipeline,” which will explore how top development leaders are dealing with key pain points arising from today’s environment, including high construction costs, tightness in the labor market, open shop difficulties, risk management headaches, materials pricing and design challenges. This panel, comprised of leaders representing tens of millions of square feet under development, will discuss current activity in New York’s construction market and future pipeline of office, residential and industrial development and what it means to the industry.
David will be joined on the panel by:
