On November 9, 2021, Janet Linn presented at a CLE program on patent infringement litigation to the judicial law clerks and judges of the Southern District of New York. During the program, Janet discussed the fundamentals of patent infringement litigation, focusing on claim construction (interpretation) and infringement analysis in both conventional and Hatch-Waxman patent litigation. As part of her presentation, Janet reviewed the issues in the “Diaper War” patent litigations, in which she had represented the accused infringer.
