On October 21, Intellectual Property partner Nels Lippert will attend the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) 20th anniversary of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) Conference at its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Nels is one of more than 140 UDRP panelists.

The WIPO-designed UDRP, which has been a vital online enforcement tool for bad faith registration of domain names since its inception in 1999, has been used by brand owners in more than 45,000 cases filed worldwide with WIPO’s Arbitration and Mediation Center.
