Investing in women attorneys is paramount to who we are as a group. We continuously strive to understand the challenges women in the legal community face and work together to make lasting changes for our clients.

Our International Women Spotlight exemplifies the clients we’re serving – we recognize the importance of meeting our international clients where they are.

We value every member of our team’s unique perspectives and skills and create a platform for her to succeed. We provide the support women need to advance both their personal and professional journeys.

Collectively, with over 200 years of legal experience, the women in our International Practice represent seven different countries and speak eight different languages. Within the Firm, they work across 20 different services and sectors, and 23% of the team contribute to our firmwide diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Our team understands the importance of sharing our talents internally and externally, as many of us have additional professional certifications – including doctorates, pharmacology degrees, and privacy certifications – while others act as industry authors within the legal community.

While there’s always work to be done, we’re intentional in our work to empower and highlight our women attorneys. Every day, whether for our clients or our colleagues, we actively make the choice to meet you where you are.
