His presentation addressed corporation and limited liability companies, foreign entity and Delaware corporations, director and officer’s liability, as well as commercial contracts. The first conference, held on October 22 in Treviso, Italy, was organized by the Notary Council, the Bar Association and the Accountants Association of Treviso. The second conference was held on October 23, and was planned by the Accountants Association of Bologna.

Giuliano Iannaccone is a Partner in the International and Corporate and Securities Practice Groups at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. Mr. Iannaccone represents U.S. and non-U.S. companies in a broad spectrum of international and domestic transactions and acts as general counsel for many of his clients.
