Last week, Fulya Kazbay, Counsel and Chair of the Turkish Practice Group, Carl M.R. van der Zandt, Partner and Chair of the Benelux Practice with Aafke Pronk, attended the 2025 SelectUSA conference in Washington D.C. where Carl also served on a panel.

Fulya, Carl, and Aafke had the opportunity to connect with numerous #Dutch, Belgian, and Turkish companies eager to expand their presence in the United States and shared their guidance with businesses establishing operations and navigating the complexities of the current landscape.

Carl's panel discussion on “Setting up the right corporate legal structure for foreign businesses in the United States,” was well-received and part of a robust discussion with fellow co-panelists Albena Petrakov of Offit Kurman, Young Kim of J.P. Morgan, and Burcu Bree Manay of Manay CPA.
